Music Mini- Camp

We are so excited for our next music mini-camp on April 22nd. Get ready to play some amazing worship music and worship together with your friends. For those that are new, our mini-camps will consist of a time of Bible study, worship, game time, lunch, snacks and best of all, lots of playing on your instrument.

Your child will learn what it means to truly worship and lead others. They will receive mentoring from some of our very own worship team members from Renovation Church. Come prepared to have a great time and play some amazing worship music! Below you will find some useful information, including the schedule, practice links and more.

April 22nd Music Mini-Camp Schedule

9:00 - 9:25 Bible study and worship
9:30 - 9:55 Theory Lesson
10:00 - 10:25 Instrument Breakout Sessions
10:30 - 11:55 Instrument Duos Practice with break for snacks
12:00 - 1:00 Lunch & Game Time
1:00 - 1:55 Bands practice together
2:00 - 2:30 Teardown and dismissal

Practice Videos and Resources

Although we don’t expect your child to be a master of their instrument, we recommend that at the very least they can play songs such as the ones below all the way through. Below you will find practice links for each instrument. Share them with your child’s music teachers as a way to prepare for the camp. This will ensure that we can spend more time on learning how to play as a worship band.
